By commissioning me you agree to have read though this page and agree to the terms.

Heya and thanks! Read through everything before considering working with me!
By commissioning me you claim that you are 18 years of age or older.

Payments/Refunds

•Payment is either 50/50 start/finish, or full payment upfront. I will not start working on your commission until at least half payment is received. If no payment is sent within 15 days of discussing and agreeing on everything, the commission will be canceled.•Payment is by PayPal only.• I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I decide to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress I’ve made.• If you decide to cancel your commission, you will only receive a full refund if it has yet to be started. Otherwise, your refund will be determinate on the amount of work completed.• A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF THE ARTWORK IS COMPLETE.

Regarding you

• Being a Patron does NOT guarantee a commission slot.• You get two versions of your commission. A small and full resolution versions. You may post the smaller version of your commission anywhere you'd like as long as proper credit is given. You may not publicly repost the full resolution image under any circumstances.• You may crop said artwork for avatars or banners.• You discuss your commission with me through email ONLY. Do NOT ask to message me over discord or other messaging sites to discuss your commission.• You MAY NOT create copies, prints, or other merchandise with the intent to sell or for profit. Any and all merchandise created by you should be for personal use only.

Regarding me

• I own all copyrights of the commission. I also reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales.• I reserve the right to take as long as I like on a commission unless a due date is previously agreed upon and paid for.• It is my discretion on what images I post to my own accounts. There is a chance that I will post pieces or not post your commission to my public accounts. I will post to the Magpie Nest discord server unless YOU want it private. This does not affect your permission to post to your own accounts.• I reserve the right to refuse a commission under any circumstances.

Edits and Changes

• You can only request changes to your commission when I send the sketch to you. After that I will only tweak minor things. Make sure you're happy with the sketch before giving approval to move forward.• You MAY NOT edit or trace the commission yourself, or contact another artist to do so.• You MAY ink and color sketches, or commission another artist to, as long as there is a link to the original sketch I created for you, and a clear distinction between the content provided and my own content.• You MAY crop or edit for icons, banners, etc. as long as the original content of the artwork is not edited.
